To de-clutter my mind, I am going to write down a number of things that have been occupying it at the moment, so I can process them, figure-out why they made it up there, let them go & make space for new things to think about in the coming days.
- I love my job. It’s difficult, it’s messy, it’s innovative, it’s fantastic! Definitely raising-up the bar as far as future job expectations are concerned.

- I like listening to old 40’s songs especially on a hot & lazy Sunday. Found one radio station that plays only this kind of music all day through my wonderful new, little toy: the apple TV. :-)
- I think Manuel Neuer is pretty cool – he is disciplined & determined; physically, mentally and emotionally strong; funny and charming. He even has his own charity foundation for poor kids from his home region. Not just a super goal-keeper this one. http://www.neuer-kids-foundation.de/stiftungszweck.html
- I think the TV Series, The Vikings is bloody awesome! I liked their take on religion, power, jealousy, family and love in all shapes and sizes.
- I think I have too many pairs of shoes…not as many as Imelda Marcos just yet but still way too many to fit in the drawers. Need to put some measures on this one. Seriously.
- I finally found a Balikbayan Box service provider in Deutschland called "Filipino Service". They've recently partnered with UPS, who is responsible for sending and picking up the box - sosyal!
- I finally finished my washing backlog (i.e. blankets and sheets from last winter)– woohoo! Ahem... I think it's a great achievement...really.
- Only having small cold meals (i.e. bread, slices of ham, tomatoes and apples) in the evening is not bad at all! Only three weeks into it and I already see results.
- I know that God loves me and that he wants me to do something pretty awesome in this world. What that is, I believe, is slowly taking shape…
